You will play an active role in a vital part of the loan manufacturing process to help Zillow Home Loans customers reach their financial goals! You will partner with title/escrow companies and Dytrix to ensure quick receipt of docs needed for the loan file. You will update the loan origination software (LOS) and support the Processing team in servicing ZHL’s customers.
Our US Risk, Compliance and Ethics team is an integral part of our Financial Services practice, providing support to our clients in Operational Risk Management. Responsibilities include developing recommendations and risk management strategies, introducing automation, staying current on regulatory requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to establish operational risks alignment.
Support remote supervision governance, produce remote supervision packs, and coordinate MI. Run data quality checks, lead incorporation of new metrics, and collaborate with IT teams to automate MI. Implement control frameworks, perform gap analyses, and drive risk remediation activities. Monitor trade bookings for EEA clients and investigate potential breaches.
